| Hello Dear Friends,
So it has been quite some time since I've been on Xanga. In fact, I feel as though it has gotten rather fancy in the past few months...you can send messages and do all other sorts of neat stuff.
Well, I am home in Ohio for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Although I am not particularly fond of Thanksgiving Day, I appreciate the time to be at home with loved ones.
Getting on to what made me think to post a new entry...I was reading in Isaiah just a bit ago before going to sleep...and found myself very intrigued by Chapter 52. It talks of the Lord's Holy People - once free then led into slavery against the will of God - and in this exact Chapter it speaks of God's restoration for His People - His plan to bring them home.
Then, in Chapter 54:10 it reads,"For the mountains may depart and the hills disappear, but even then I will remain loyal to you. My covenant of blessing will never be broken," says the Lord who has mercy on you.
There is so much depth in these chapters...I find myself reading and re-reading them often...the concept is amazing..and God's love gets me every time I read a verse like the one above. How honored I am to serve Him.
Okay - well - if anyone is still reading - then this is for you!
Love,
Lisa Marie

| Sydney and Psalm 119
Things are going great - the people I've met in Sydney have been lovely - and the scenery is not too shabby. It is wonderful to be here - spending time with my sisters, enjoying a different country, and being blessed by our glorious Lord yet again.
This morning I woke rather early and spent some time reading and praying. I don't normally read the message version of the Bible, but this morning I did and am thankful for it.
I would be honored if you would read this following passage from Psam 119 with me...my heart is revealed bettet here than with my own words...
Let your love, God, shape my life with Salvation, exactly as you promised; Then I'll be able to stand up to mockery because I trusted in Your Word. Don't ever deprive me of truth, not ever - your commandments are what I depend on. Oh, I'll guard with my life what you've revealed to me, guard it now, guard it ever; And I'll stride freely through wide open spaces as I look for your truth and your wisdom; Then I'll tell the world what I find, speak out boldly in public, unembarrassed. I cherish your commandments - oh, how I love them! - relishing every fragment of your counsel. psalm 119:41-48(the message)
May we guard what the Lord has spoken to us....the truths that He has given us that we sometimes forget and let slip away...may we remember them and guard them...placing ourselves in a position to receive even more truths and spoken words from the Lord...that we may guard them as well and be faithful.
Love you guys,

| Dear Friends,
Well, I am leaving in a few hours for Australia. Although I am not looking forward to the long plane ride, I am more than excited to visit my little sister! I have high expectations for Hillsong, the church Cara works with, and just for all that the Lord will do during this time with my sisters.
I know that the Lord will be with me (as well as Tylenolpm....but your prayers would be appreciated)!
Love you guys, I'll post in the near future.
